Do you except returns, exchanges or cancelations?

Because all products are printed to order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. PIease take a close look and read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me so, please contact me. (NO buyers regret, smell of printing, wrong size)

Exchanges will only be issued if the item is damaged or incorrect. Item must be reported and accompanied by a photograph. A new item will not be sent until the damaged item is received. Items must be unworn & unwashed, in the condition in which they arrived, & returned within 7 days of purchase.

What is that odor?

This smell is a by-product of the printing method. Luckily, it is perfectly harmless and only temporary. Wash the shirt in cold water and tumble dry low, and you’ll be good to go!

How long will my order take to ship?

At Wild Public, I embrace 'slow fashion' methods to bring you high quality, eco-friendly clothing. By making a conscious effort to eliminate waste, all of the tees are made to order.

Please keep in mind, this means your item(s) take a little longer to get to you, but know that it's because they are being specially made, just for you!

Please allow 3 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday, for printing and an additional 3 to 8 days for shipping.

I cannot upgrade shipping, sorry for any inconvenience.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or any other errors made by a third party delivery services. (This includes USPS, UPS, FedEx, DTL and any other delivery services).

Where can I get my tracking info?

You can see your tracking number here after your order has shipped: www.etsy.com/your/purchases You can use Etsy's tracking system to track your package and see estimated delivery date.

My package was delivered to an old/wrong address! What should I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order and before your order ships, please send me a message with the correct shipping information.

Packages that are delivered to the wrong address can be replaced once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer.

My package has been marked as delivered but I do not have it! What should I do?

We suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package.

We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by delivery service error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.

Why were my items shipped separately?

We work with a handful of some amazing manufacturers that are based in different parts of the US. They help me bring my designs to life and ensure that you're getting a professionally made item.

I currently do not wholesale.

Can I pick my shirt up locally?

All of my shirts are printed to order by a great printer who is out of state so that means that I cannot do local pickup, shipping only. Thanks!
